FULL DELIVERY TERMS

UK DELIVERY

We offer free standard shipping for all UK mainland orders of any size or value.

Orders received before midday on a working weekday (Monday to Friday except for bank holidays) will normally be dispatched via Royal Mail First Class post within 24 hours. Expect your order to arrive within 1-3 days of shipping but please allow up to 10 working days to receive your order. If the order is received before midday, your package may arrive the very next day.

Orders received over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday (except for when this falls on a bank holiday).

All orders over the value of £50 will automatically be sent via a signed-for postal service free of charge.

You can also choose our UK Tracked delivery option which is sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24 service for a standard price of £3.50 per order. Orders should arrive within 1-2 working days but please allow up to 3 working days to receive your order. 

Please note that this service will require a signature on delivery. If there’s nobody available at your address to provide a signature, you’ll receive a notification from your postman to let you know to re-arrange delivery or to collect your parcel from the sorting office. 

Please ensure that you have entered your address correctly; we will send out a confirmation email with the address on it so do check that it is correct and let us know if there are any errors.

If an address has been entered incorrectly by the customer and an order is returned to us, replacements (if requested) will be sent at the cost of the customer.

 

DELIVERY TO EUROPE

For EU deliveries packages are sent using Royal Mail Standard International service at a standard rate of £5.00 per order, and will usually delivered in 5 to 10 working days, but please allow up to 21 working days to receive your order. 

You can also choose our European Tracked Shipping which is sent using Royal Mail International Tracked service at a rate of £9.00 per order. Orders will take between 5-7 working days but please allow up to 14 working days to receive your order. 

Please ensure that you have entered your address correctly; we will send out a confirmation email with the address on it so do check that it is correct and let us know if there are any errors.

If an address has been entered incorrectly by the customer and an order is returned to us, replacements (if requested) will be sent at the cost of the customer.

 

DELIVERY TO THE REST OF THE WORLD

For deliveries to countries outside of the EU packages are sent using Royal Mail Standard International Service at a standard rate of £7.00 per order, and will usually be delivered in 10 to 14 working days but please allow up to 25 working days to receive your order.

You can also choose our Rest Of World Tracked delivery option using Royal Mail International Tracked service at a standard rate of £15.00 per order, and will usually be delivered in 5-7 working days but please allow up to 14 working days to receive your order. 

For Australia, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Singapore and United Arab Emirates there is a fixed shipping fee of £15.00 for a Royal Mail International Tracked service. This usually takes between 5-7 days but please allow up to 14 working days to receive your order. 

Please ensure that you have entered your address correctly, particularly for overseas addresses; we will send out a confirmation email with the address on it so do check that it is correct.
