Discount Combinations: Promotional codes, flash sale markdowns, and special offers cannot be combined with other discount codes, bundle deals, or subscription orders unless explicitly stated.

Minimum Spend Thresholds: Qualifying spend requirements (such as "Spend £35 to receive a free gift") apply strictly to the product subtotal after any discounts are applied. Delivery charges, gift wrapping, taxes, and gift cards do not count toward the qualifying spend.

Availability and Substitutions: All promotional offers, free gifts with purchase, and sale items are subject to stock availability. Free gifts are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. If a specific promotional item runs out of stock, Balmonds reserves the right to substitute it with an alternative item of equal or greater value.

Order Limits: Complimentary gifts and promotional discount codes are limited to one per customer, per transaction, and per household, unless otherwise specified.

Product Variations: For promotions featuring a complimentary physical item (such as the Eczema Clothing Arm Sleeve), colours, patterns, and styles are subject to stock availability and may vary from promotional images. Free gift items are packed at random, and specific colour or style requests cannot be guaranteed or exchanged.
