Signing up to the Balmonds rewards programme will not cost anything, it is 100% free. You can create an account by clicking here and enter your name, email address and a password and then click create. You will be automatically signed up to receive emails and promotions.

Log into your account and click on rewards and scroll down and it will show you how many points you have, and show you ways to earn your points. You can also see your rewards history by clicking on the “Rewards history” button.

When you create a code you will also receive an email which contains your code, so you can search through your emails to see if you can find it that way, or simply log onto your account, go to rewards and click “Rewards history”. Your code will be written under “Status” and you can use the clipboard button to copy the code and paste it in the discount box at the checkout.

Loyalty codes are unable to be used in conjunction with any other discount codes or bundled products. If you are still having issues, you can contact us here and we will do our best to help. Please let us know the products you are trying to purchase when contacting us so we can help as quickly as we can.

Your tier is established based on your spending on the Balmonds website. Once you reach the next tier, you'll remain in that tier for one year from the date of achieving it. To sustain your tier, stay engaged and make purchases on the website.

Once you have hit Silver or Gold you will be in that tier for a year from the date you earned it. To maintain your tier, make sure you keep interacting and purchasing from the website.

It may have been that you have checked out as a guest and you weren’t logged into your rewards account. You must be logged in when making purchases to earn points. If you think you have done this in error you can contact us here and we can help apply the points to your account. You also won’t receive points if your order is canceled/returned for any reason.

If you are in our Silver or Gold tiers then your free shipping will automatically apply at checkout - just remember to make sure you are signed in before placing the order. Please note free shipping applies only to domestic shipping within the UK.
